Thaxters Reward Sceme Terms & Conditions
Thaxters Reward Card is operated by R H Thaxter Ltd(“Thaxters”) Thaxters is a limited liability company registered in England, company no: 1203605 and having its registered office at 49 Hunstanton Road, Dersingham, Kings Lynn. PE31 6NA.
Thaxters can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these terms and conditions or any individual Thaxters Reward card at any time.

All Thaxters Reward Scheme cards belong to Thaxters.
Thaxters can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Thaxters Reward Card or ‘App’ and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.
COLLECTING REWARD CARD POINTS
The standard number of points you will collect is ONE Reward Point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
Points can only be collected on final purchase price.
Points cannot be collected on the following purchases: Gift cards.
Points cannot be collected on purchases which have been made (in part or full) by existing points.
Vouchers for Points collected will expire on the stated voucher expiry date.
SPENDING REWARD CARD POINTS
One point is worth 2.5 pence to spend on products in store. We will not exchange points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
Points can only be spent when a voucher for the value of the points has been issued. This can vary but is usually 4 times per year.
Vouchers will be issued by email or through the Thaxters ‘app’.
You can make a part payment of points towards a product.
Thaxters reserves the right to ask for identification when spending points.
Thaxters reserve the right to substitute or remove products available for reward points collection and redemption without notice.
Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Points not spent after voucher expiry date will expire.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT WITH POINTS
If you return a product bought with reward points for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your reward points balance.
If a product you buy with rewards points is faulty, please return it to the store. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points.
No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
POINTS BALANCE
Present your card or ‘App’ at till point, and a member of our team will be able to confirm how many points you have attached to your account.
Points will be added at the time of transaction, but may not show up on your account balance for 24 hours.

The maximum number of points that can be accrued is 10,000. At this time, the customer will be contacted and unable to accrue any more points until these are redeemed.
SCHEME MEMBERSHIP
Customers can choose to leave the Thaxters Reward Card at any time. If you wish to leave the scheme please email [email protected]. By leaving, you will forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.
Customers who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the Thaxters Reward Card and Thaxters will remove the points accrued on such accounts.
Customers are responsible for keeping their information up to date. Thaxters will not be held responsible for any non-communication due to incorrect / out of date customer details. To notify us of any updates please contact [email protected]

Our privacy policy relating to your data and how we use it.
Information Held:
Information held to administer Thaxters reward card scheme is held on Swan Retail Limited and Omnisend.com secure servers solely for this purpose. No data is stored on an R H Thaxter Limited computer but is accessed by us through a secure connection or secure website to enable us to administer the reward scheme. Data is held accurately and up to date as provided by you on your application.
We are able to provide you with your data or remove and delete data at your request. Physical application forms completed before the 2nd June 2025 are held by Oxford Retail Data for 18 months after which they are disposed of by confidential waste shredding. Applications for the reward card From 2nd June 2025 will no longer require physical application forms.
From 2nd June 2025 email address and mobile phone numbers will be stored on Omnisend.com servers for the sole purpose of administering the reward card scheme.
Emails and sms messages are processed by omnisend.com from their secure servers. The data held by Omnisend.com will not be shared with others and is used solely for the purpose of sending emails and sms messages to members of the reward card scheme.
No data will be shared with third parties other than those listed above for the purposes of administering the Reward card system.
